Prices
All prices shown are in pounds (£) sterling and inclusive of  VAT 15% where applicable. Prices in our hardcopy catalogue are correct at the time of going to print but may be subject to change. Please check our website for the most up-to-date prices and special offers.

Postage
Orders will be dispatched using standard 2nd class mail. A faster service is available at an additional cost, please enquire.
Delivery is free in Great Britain and Northern Ireland if your order totals £30 or more, otherwise a standard postage and packaging charge of £1.95 will be included. For larger items such as instruments, cases and music stands an appropriate surcharge will be applied.

Returns policy
Your satisfaction is vital to our business, so if for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please return the item(s) unused, undamaged and in their original packaging within 14 days to: Arc Verona Music, 4 Jacobs Close, Romsey, Hampshire SO51 5UZ. We will then refund the full amount of the goods purchased. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
All goods remain the property of Arc Verona Music until they are paid in full.
